mixed experience at this hotel
small room uncomfortable mattress strange odor
the location was acceptable it was close to the places i needed to visit
the room was quite small i struggled to move around freely the mattress felt old and uncomfortable i could feel the springs digging into my back the bathroom had a strange odor that lingered throughout my stay it was really off putting

a good little escape!
really good staff comfortable bed convenient microwave on-site parking
The staff offered really good service. I found their professional manner so endearing! the room had just the right cozy feel with a comfortable bed. i also enjoyed the convenience of having a microwave. parking on site was a bonus. It made getting around so easy.
the only tiny thing was that there was just a little bit of traffic noise, but it wasn't too bad.

the hotel's location is convenient, nestled near the edge of the town center, it made all attractions easily accessible by foot, a feature i appreciated and found handy.

i found the cleanliness throughout the hotel amazing, and the presence of charming plants in the reception area added a cute touch. plus, the free parking was a huge perk, offering convenience and peace of mind throughout my stay.

The complimentary breakfast bag was an utterly perfect touch. It had a lovely porridge pot, refreshing orange juice, and a good pain au chocolat. the little bag provided a sweet start to each morning!

the room was spotlessly clean and very tidy, and i really appreciated the fan included in the room, especially during the warmer weather. and a hot shower available was a blessing after long days!

small room poor heating
The room was small. I was like I was constantly bumping into things. It was pretty cramped. the heating barely worked. I tried adjusting the thermostat, but it didn't seem to make a difference, and the thin quilt provided little warmth, which affected my sleep. The lack of proper heating really detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay. I found myself wishing I had brought an extra blanket from home.

quiet room complimentary juice complimentary porridge
the location was close to the football stadium. the room was very quiet. i received a complimentary bag with juice and porridge upon arrival.
The shower cubicle had a cracked basin. I did not shower in the morning.

mixed feelings about the stay
misleading advert dirty bathmat
the staff allowed me to store my bicycle in their secure workshop overnight, helpful.
someone had left toilet paper unrolled and a dirty bathmat in there. soil was on the bathroom floor and red building dust covered the shower tray. it was a builder used the bathroom and did not clean up after himself, it stayed like that for two days.

convenient location on-site parking adequate amenities
The location suited my needs perfectly. On-site parking proved convenient. The host was very friendly. This added value. The room was clean, and amenities provided were more than adequate.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It alternated between very hot and very cold!
